Philip Gregory, PharmD
Coordinator, Drug Information Residency Program
Assistant Professor, Pharmacy
Practice
Dr. Gregory received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from
University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy & Health
Sciences and completed a residency in drug information
at Creighton University Medical Center. Dr. Gregory then
took a drug information position at Therapeutic Research
Center, publisher of Pharmacist’s Letter &
Prescriber’s Letter, as Assistant Editor, Associate
Editor, and then Editorial Director and Director of Drug
Information. Dr. Gregory later joined the faculty of
University of the Pacific as coordinator of the early
practice experience program in geriatric
pharmacotherapy. Dr. Gregory returned to Creighton
University in 2006 as a faculty member in the Center for
Drug Information and Evidence-Base Practice where he
teaches in the drug information clinical clerkship, the
didactic course in literature evaluation, and is the
coordinator of the drug information residency program.
Dr. Gregory also serves as the Editor of Natural
Medicines Comprehensive Database.

Amy
Wilson, PharmD
Director, Center for Drug Information &
Evidence-Based Practice

Dr. Wilson received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from
Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health
Professions and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency
at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa
City. Prior to returning to Creighton University, Dr.
Wilson practiced as a clinical pharmacist in the
hospital and managed care settings, including spending
time as the Clinical Services Manager at a large,
national managed care company. While working at this
company, she was responsible for the Corporate Pharmacy
and Therapeutics Committee, Regional Drug Utilization
Review Committee, Congestive Heart Failure disease
management program and prescription drug clinical
programs. Dr. Wilson joined the faculty at Creighton
University in 2000. She is currently Director of the
Center for Drug Information and Evidence-Based Practice
where she is a preceptor for pharmacy students and
residents in Drug Information experiences. Dr. Wilson
also teaches in the Literature Evaluation,
Pharmacotherapeutics and Clinical Pharmacokinetics
courses within the PharmD curriculum. Dr. Wilson’s areas
of interest include Drug Information practice, distance
learning opportunities, and consumer driven healthcare.

Anne Bruckner,
PharmD
Drug Information Specialist
Assistant Professor,
Pharmacy Practice
Dr.
Bruckner graduated from Creighton University in 1981
with a BS in pharmacy and subsequently earned a
Doctor of Pharmacy in 2005. Dr. Bruckner is a
licensed pharmacist in Nebraska and Washington DC.
Dr. Bruckner began practicing pharmacy at a
community chain called People's Drug in Washington
DC and then took a position at Children's National
Hospital in Washington, DC. Dr. Bruckner returned
to Nebraska to practice pharmacy at Creighton
University Medical Center (CUMC) and subsequently at
the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in
1983. In 1990 Dr. Bruckner began working in drug
information at UNMC and continued in this position
for 11 years. In 2000, Dr. Bruckner joined the
pharmacy practice faculty at Creighton University
School of Pharmacy and Health Professions with
teaching responsibilities as Instructor of Record
for campus and distance courses in drug information,
early practice experience and pharmacotherapeutics
for PharmD students. Currently, Dr. Bruckner is
actively involved at the Creighton University Center
for Drug Information and Evidence-Based Practice
coordinating Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee
agenda items for CUMC and teaching clinical
clerkship students in drug information.
